Fry Tempe Teri

Tempe and anchovies is a fusion menu that is rich in protein. In addition to protein, anchovies also contain calcium and phosphorus. Anchovies fried tempeh can be used as a snack or as a side dish accompanying rice. Materials and how to make it as follows.
Material Fry Tempe Teri
 300 grams of tempeh, crushed
  ½ coconut, grated.
  2 tbsp anchovies, fried and mashed
  2 chicken eggs
3 cloves of garlic
  1 tsp pepper
  salt to taste
Cooking oil to taste
  How to Make Fry Tempe Teri
1. Puree garlic, pepper, and salt.
2. Combine tempeh, coconut, anchovies, chicken eggs, and seasonings. Stir the batter until well lended.
3. Shape into flattened spheres.
4. Fry until cooked browned.
5. Serve while warm.
