Variations of ice can be used as the opening menu for iftar when you are accustomed to eating this cold beverages. Fruit ice as one of the ice variants which rich in nutrients and vitamins. Fruits that can be varied after refreshing the body resist the thirst for half a day. However, if you have the stomach disorder, it is not directly drink ice during fasting. Here are the ingredients and how to make fruit ice.
Ingredients Fruit Ice
6 pieces of jackfruit meat, cut into small squares
¼ watermelon, cut into small squares
¼ melon, cut into small squares
¼ papaya, cut into small squares
4 strawberries, cut into two
  ¼ avocado, cut into small squares
50 grams of seaweed
1 lemon, squeezed and take water
Sugar to taste
sufficient water
Sweetened condensed milk to taste
Ice cubes to taste
How to Make Fruit Ice
1. Wash all fruit using ice water in order to look fresh fruit.
2. Cook the sugar syrup using a boiling water.
3. Put pieces of jackfruit, papaya, watermelon, avocado, strawberry, melon, and seaweed into a rather large-sized glasses.
4. Pour syrup (sugar and water boiled water) in a glass of fruit pieces earlier.
5. Put too little lime juice.
6. Put ice cubes in a bowl of iced fruit and milk input in order to taste the fruit ice taste better.
