Burger

The burgers are always favored people of all ages. In addition to ready to eat, a combination of meat, vegetables, sauces, and spices feels good in the mouth. You can make the burger itself in the following way.
Ingredients :
2/3 tablespoons margarine
Fifth onion, finely chopped
100 grams of minced beef
2/3 pieces of white bread
15 cc of liquid milk
Half chicken eggs beaten
1/2 cubes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2/3 tsp sugar
How to Make :
1 . Heat margarine and saute onions until wilted and remove from heat.
2 . Soak bread in milk and whisk the eggs until the bread becomes soft .
3 . Having the bread becomes soft dough, put the minced beef and onions that have been sauteed , and mix well.
4 . Add broth block cattle, salt, pepper, and sugar.
5 . Prepare plastic or cling wrap and place 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture to the top of the plastic. Shape the meat into a round and flatten.
6 . Cover the dough with plastic wrap with spring roll skin like. Do this until all the dough is finished.
7 . Having all wrapped dough, place the dough in the steamer. Steam for 25 minutes. The meat is ready to be processed. Can directly use teflon baked with a bit of margarine that is not sticky. If you do not want to directly make a burge , the dough can be refrigerated meat first , and then stored in a freezer.
