"Bacem" Tempeh or Tofu

Tempeh and tofu can be processed into “baceman”. The sweet taste of tempeh and tofu very suitable to accompany the rice warm. Here are the ingredients and how to make “bacem” tempeh and tofu.
Ingredients of “Bacem” Tempeh or Tofu
5 pieces of tempeh, size 5x7cm
5 tofu
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Sufficient water
2 teaspoons coriander
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons brown sugar refined
3 cm galangal, crushed
Salt to taste
How to Make “Bacem” Tempe or Tofu
1. Puree cilantro, garlic, brown sugar, and salt.
2. Place the tempeh and tofu in the pan and coat with spices that are mixed with soy sauce and bay leaves. Allow flavors to infuse for 1 hour.
3. Add water to the pan until the tempeh and tofu submerged. Cook until the water runs out and the flavors to infuse.
4. Serve while warm.
“Bacem” tempeh or tofu can also be served with fried first. Cayenne pepper can be sprinkled at the time of presentation.
