Eggplant Sambal

Eggplant Sambal is a friend to eat rice choice of practical and convenient for you lovers of spicy taste  Eggplant is a touch of slightly sweet flavor and is more suitable for making chili is eggplant purple. The following recipe is easy to make eggplant sauce that you can try at a time when very little to spare for cooking .
Materials Eggplant Sambal
3 pieces of eggplant , wash and cut into pieces
4 cloves of garlic
8 pieces of red chilli
4 spring onions
2 tomatoes
2 pieces of bay leaves
salt to taste
Flavoring to taste
Sugar to taste
How to Make Eggplant Sambal
1 . Fried eggplant that has been cleaned and cut into pieces until lightly browned and tender , then rain .
2 . Puree all ingredients then stir-fry until fragrant .
3 . Insert fried eggplant .
4 . Add salt , sugar , and flavoring to taste , and stir until blended .
5 . Cook until the spices to infuse into the eggplant . Remove and serve with warm rice .
